TH 75/I-94 Interchange Reconstruction

MnDOT District 4 retained the Stantec / HDR team to provide preliminary and final design for the reconstruction of TH75 / I- 94 Interchange in Moorhead, MN. The project involves reconfiguring the interchange using the existing TH75 bridge over I- 94, adding auxiliary lanes on I-94, reconstructing one mile TH75, and increasing capacity of TH 75 turn lanes and highway ramps. The preliminary design and layout of a Direct Diversion Interchange (DDI) have received MnDOT staff approval. The project design is in accordance with MnDOT State-Aid Standards with Level II CADD requirements for plans using MicroStation and Geopak design software. The final design is currently underway for the May 2015 project letting date.
